Samsung Galaxy S5 deactivate call forwarding - Solved!

If you have set up on your Samsung Galaxy S5 the call forwarding, then we will tell you here how to deactivate it again on Android Lollipop:

Open from the home screen of the Samsung Galaxy S5 the menu and then the settings. Scroll all the way down to the "Applications" section and tap there at the button "Call". In the next menu, tap now on "Additional Settings".

Now the data for call forwarding which is saved by your provider is received. After that, tap on "Call forwarding" --> "Voice Call".

You can now see all forward possibilities offered by your provider. Now deactivate the corresponding call forwarding by tapping on it and selecting "Turn off". Finished!

You now know how to disable a set Call forwarding on the Samsung Galaxy S5 with Android lollipop.

The problem was not with Call forwarding, which was de-activated as above. BUT in the list of reject calls. At the top of that list there is a setting UNKNOWN. This was ticked. After unticking this all my regular calls were received. YEH

I trued this. Settings. Applications. Call. More Settings. Call Forwarding. None of the Forwarding settings here sill not turn off. If doesn't allow me. Also: Applications. Call. Voicemail Settings. Delete phon number. Isn't working either. A few months ago I disabled everything. Today it turned itself back on. I got my first VM in months and cannot turn it off. Might be something with Cricket merging with AT&T; I don't know. Sucks! VM is antiquated and don't like checking VM for hangups, wrong numbers, spam. If I don't answer I don't want to hear a message either.
