Samsung Galaxy S6 keyboard is not visible after opening apps for writing text

When you open on your Samsung Galaxy S6 an app in which a keyboard must be used, then it may happen that this keyboard will not appear on the display. This is a bug in the software of the Samsung keyboard app. Thus, the keyboard appears, you must try the following tip:

Open on the Samsung Galaxy S6 the menu and then the Settings. Navigate from here to: Applications -> Application Manager

In the Application Manager switch now on the "All" tab and then search for "Samsung keypad". Have you found the entry, tap it once to display more information on this application. Here tap now please on the following buttons:

  • Stop force
  • Clear the cache
  • Delete data (Attention stored word suggestions etc. will be deleted)

Then restart the Samsung Galaxy S6 please so that the changes take effect. Finished! Your Samsung Galaxy S6 should display the keyboard in all the major apps again.
