Open on your smartphone the Android email app. Then tap in the overview at the top right on "More" and then click Settings. Tap in the next the display window at the account to which you want to add a signature. You are now in the account settings of the selected account. In the same section you will find the button "signature". Tap on this and activate the controller to activate the option.
You can then enter your signature. By default, the signature "Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone" is set.
