The Samsung Galaxy S6 usually takes pictures in 16: 9 format and a picture size of 16 megapixel. The 16:9 format is particularly suitable for displaying images on the television or on the desktop screen. Nevertheless, perhaps some of you would rather want to take images in the format 4: 3 on the Samsung Galaxy S6.
If so, then we'll show you now, how you can change the setting for the photo size.
First of all: On the Samsung Galaxy S6 the 4: 3 format supports not the full resolution. At a ratio of 4: 3 is the maximum image size is 12 megapixels.

Open the Camera app and then tap on the icon with the gear. The settings will now open. Tap on "Image Size (Main Camera)" and then you can select the format 4:3:
