Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Set MP3 as ringtone - Solved

An MP3 ringtone sounds usually more beautiful and individual as the pre-installed ringtones of Android on the Samsung Galaxy Note 5.

I don't have the "add ringtone" on my page at the bottom. Why is that? All it says is "add device from storage" and when I click on it it takes me to AT&T locker which I don't use. Please help.

My mp3 ringtone used to start at beginning of song but now it begins somewhere in the middle where it's louder than its instrumental beginning. Upgrading OS messed it up

When I set a downloaded ringtone for a contact in my Samsung Note II or Note 5 the only ringtone I receive is the default ringtone. How do I resolve this?
