I don't have the "add ringtone" on my page at the bottom. Why is that? All it says is "add device from storage" and when I click on it it takes me to AT&T locker which I don't use. Please help.

My mp3 ringtone used to start at beginning of song but now it begins somewhere in the middle where it's louder than its instrumental beginning. Upgrading OS messed it up

It says all my downloaded music is copyrighted and locked. It won't let me use any of my purchased songs.

When I set a downloaded ringtone for a contact in my Samsung Note II or Note 5 the only ringtone I receive is the default ringtone. How do I resolve this?
