If you are on the home screen drag an app onto another app to create a folder. Use the apps that you want like to tuck into a folder. Once the two apps hover on one another, a folder frame appears. You can now release the app and it will open a box where you can enter a folder name for the folder you just created.
After renaming you can see the folder (with the two apps in it) now on the home screen of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus.
