The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 provides the ability to control the shutter speed of the camera by means of the software. The following are the advantages of controlling the shutter speed:
The longer the shutter speed is set, the more light is received by the sensor of the camera. This can be advantageous particularly for images in darkness.
The shorter the shutter speed is set, the less light can be received by the sensor. This is beneficial in very good light conditions and fast-moving subjects.
In order to control the shutter speed of the camera with the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 please proceed as follows:
1. Open the Camera app
2. Tap "Mode" and select there the “Pro-Mode”
3. At the bottom of the screen various setting options can be found. Among other things, the shutter speed setting of the camera is also there, in the form of a shutter icon.
4. You can now select by means of the controller various shutter speeds.
