Samsung Galaxy S6 Enable S Health Pedometer

The Samsung Galaxy S6 has installed with the App S Health a pedometer, which can track how many steps per day you have moved. This feature is very beneficial to your physical activity.

Should the pedometer in S Health not be enabled in your Samsung Galaxy S6 then please proceed as follows:

Open from the home screen the menu and then the App S Health. If it is open, proceed as follows:

Tap at the top right on "More" and then on "Manage elements". Here you will find at the first position the "pedometer". By switching the controller, you can now activate and use the "step counter" on your Samsung Galaxy S6 smartphone.

The pedometer is now active and will from now on count your steps on the Samsung Galaxy S6.

My pedometer stopped working. I did a force quit and uninstall updates and restarted phone. S health works but it will not track my steps. Could that function stop working if phone was dropped. Any way to restore that?
