Android Lollipop WhatsApp messages are "hidden content" on lock screen

If you use the new Android Lollipop 5.0  on your Samsung Galaxy S5, it may be that the text from new WhatsApp messages on the lock screen is hidden. Instead, you only see "WhatsApp - hidden content".

This is a new feature of Android Lollipop, which allows you to hide contents of new SMS and WhatsApp messages on the lock screen. Thus, it is not possible that someone can read the content in a new arrived message when the smartphone is locked. If you interfere with this feature and you want to have displayed the complete message on the lock screen again, then you have to do the following settings:

Open on your Samsung Galaxy S5 (Also works on other Android Lollipop smartphones) the app menu and then the settings. Tap here on "sounds and notifications". Now scroll all the way down to the section "notification" and tap there on "While locked". A window opens in which you can now select "Show All Content". Finish!
If you now receive a new sms or new WhatsApp message on your Samsung Galaxy S5, then the content of it is directly displayed on the lock screen.

Hi, the solution u have specified doesnt even show the name of sender. Isnt there any way which just shows name of the sender and not the message on lock screen, notification panel, and status bar? Also i can see banner notification in some applications such as whatsapp and snapchat. While u r in the app or on the main screen, a banner flashes on the top of the screen showing sender bame and msg as well. If u dont chk the msg then it just increases the msgs numbers and doesnt show msg content (but does show senders name) but if u chk msg and go on any other screen and if again a msg comes, it again flashes in banner (name of sender with msg content). This is too annoying. This is an iPhone feature (though iPhone doesnt show the msg content in banner) but in iPhone there is an option to disable banners. Why not here. Please help. <br />Thanks

I did exactly what you said to do, but I ONLY want my messages to show on my lock screen, not every notification I get. How do I change this?
