Samsung Galaxy Note 4 app icons appear automatically on homescreen after installation

If you are installing an app from the Google Play Store on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, then you may notice that an app icon is automatically placed on the home screen. The automatic adding of icons to the home screen after installing an app from the Google Play Store can of course be deactivated, so that your homescreen does not get placarded.
How you can turn off the automatic adding of new apps icons at your Samsung Galaxy Note 4 we explain to you now in our article.

Opens on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 the Google Play Store, and then the menu by wiping from the left to center of the screen. That will open a side menu. In it select "Settings". You can see here in the next menu the option "Add icon to home screen for new apps".

Remove the tick in the checkbox to disable this option on your Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for new apps from the Google Play Store. As of now, no icon is automatically placed on your home screen after you have downloaded an app from the Google Play Store.
