Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Deactivate brightness control in status bar

If you open the status bar of your Samsung Galaxy Note 4 you will se a slider. With this you can quickly and easily adjust the brightness of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 display. If you dont want the control for the brightness to get displayed in the status bar you can disable this of course.

In this tutorial we show you how you can disable or enable the brightness control in the status bar of your Samsung Galaxy Note 4.


Simply open from the Home Screen the menu and then the Settings. Search here for "Notification panel" and tap on the entry when you have found it. In the next screen, you can now remove the hook in the checkbox with  "Brightness adjustment" . This will now deactivate the regulator for the brightness in the status bar of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.


You now know how to turn off or hide the brightness slider in the status bar on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Of course, you can avtivate it the same way again.
