The mailbox is in many mobile operators automatically enabled on the SIM card. To deactivate the mailbox, you must turn off the call forwarding within your smartphone settings. We will show you how this works exactly on the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 with Android:
- Open Menu --> Settings --> Applications --> Phone --> More settings
- Select here --> Call forwarding --> Voice Call
- The following options must be set to "Disabled"
- Forward when busy
- Forward when unanswered
- Forward when unreachable
Have you set these settings, no mailbox accepts the call if you not respond to the call. You have successfully switched off the mailbox with your Samsung Galaxy Note 5.
