Samsung Galaxy S5 Create a Slideshow and export it as Video Clip

Because with Lollipop Android on the Samsung Galaxy S5 a new feature in the Gallery app has been integrated. With this it is possible to create a video clip out of a slideshow. So you can send slideshows to friends and acquaintances. Let's now define how to create a slideshow on your Samsung Galaxy S5 and then send it as video clip.

On your Samsung Galaxy S5 open the gallery app and then tap in the thumbnail gallery within a folder on the three-point icon in the upper right. This will now open a menu in which you can select now "slide show". If the images are displayed in the slide show, you can now tap on a blank space to briefly display the options. The following buttons are displayed:

  • Slideshow Settings
  • Create video clip
