Samsung Galaxy S5 How to place camera shortcut on the lock screen

There is the possibility on your Samsung Galaxy S5 to place a shortcut to the camera on the lock screen. With this shortcut you can easyily take pictures and videos fast and uncomplicated from your lock screen. The widget for the camera can be placed on the lock screen of the Samsung Galaxy S5 as follows:

Open the menu and then the Settings. Select "Lock Screen" . It is important that you enable as Screen Lock the method swipe". With another screen lock method it is not possible to use the camera widget on the lock screen.


If you have "swipe" as unlock method enabled, you will find an option called "camera shortcut". Put a tick in the checkbox in front of it to activate the camera shortcut on your Samsung Galaxy S5. Finish!
