When you are writing text using the Samsung keypad on your Samsung Galaxy S6, it may happen that words are suddenly been written differently than you actually wanted. Reason for this phenomenon is the "Automatic replace" function. This means that every time you tap the Space-Button, the word will appear, where Samsung thinks you have most likely meant. Unfortunately, this works only partially so it can happen that suddenly your text contains words that do not fit into the context.
We tell you now in this article, how you can deactivate on the Samsung Galaxy S6, the function "Automatic Replace". This works very simply via the following settings menu:
Open from home screen the menu and then the Settings. Search the button "Language & input" and tap on it. Then navigate to "Samsung Keyboard". Here you can now see the option "Auto-Replace” Tap on the entry and deactivate the option by using the slider at the top right.
Your Samsung Galaxy S6 will from now on no longer replace the typed word with the most probable word when you tap the spacebar.
