Samsung Galaxy S6 optimize the battery endurance in Android Lollipop 5.1.1

With the firmware update to Android Lollipop 5.1.1 the Samsung Galaxy S6 has been added, a new function to extend the battery life. This feature is called "optimizing battery charge".

This function manages the battery charge by optimizing apps within the RAM. This is achieved by the automatic termination of predetermined Apps. To use the "Battery power optimization" on the Samsung Galaxy S6, you must do the following procedure in Android Lollipop 5.1.1:

Open themenu from thehome screen from and then the Settings.

Tap on "Battery" and then within the section "Battery power optimization" on “Detail”. Here you can specify within the tab "manage apps" those apps which shall be stopped automatically. Tap on the button "Auto Stop". If you tap the button, a message appears stating that this app will automatically be closed in 10 minutes through the Android system. This app then makes no more connection to the Internet and will be removed from the RAM of the Samsung Galaxy S6. To use the app again, you must restart it on the Samsung Galaxy S6.
