Samsung Galaxy S7 disable automatic spaces when writing

When you write text on the Samsung Galaxy S7 in WhatsApp or another app, a space is inserted automatically after each word. This function may be useful for one or the other, but it may also interfere.

If you want to deactivate the function "Automatic spaces" on the Samsung Galaxy S7, please proceed as follows:

Samsung Galaxy S7

Navigate with your Samsung Galaxy S7 in the following Android submenu to deactivate the automatic bookmarks:

  • Home screen --> Settings -- > Language and Input --> Samsung Keyboard

If you scroll down a bit in this Android menu, you will find the option "Auto Space". Disable it with the slider so that the keyboard no longer automatically inserts a space between two words.

You now know how to disable the automatic spaces of the Samsung keyboard under Android.
