Samsung Galaxy S8 Creating Folders for Apps - Solution

You can make your Galaxy S8 more organized by organizing apps in folders on the home screen and in the App menu. For example, you can sort apps by topics in folders, such as "Travel" or "Camera."

How to create a folder for two or more apps on the Galaxy S8 is explained in detail in the following article:

Creating a new App folder on the Galaxy S8

You have to choose two apps that you both want to put in a folder. Now tap on one of the two apps and keep your finger on it until it lifts and can be moved. Move the app to the second app, which should be included in the folder. As soon as both apps are on top of each other, let the app go. The folder will be created.

Now a window will appear in which you can give a new name to the folder which was just created. Afterwards, the folder will be displayed on the home screen of the Samsung Galaxy S8.

A folder must always contain at least two apps. Of course, the procedure described above also works for the App menu. You now know how to create a new folder on the home screen or in the app menu on the Samsung Galaxy S8.
