On the Samsung Galaxy S8 you will see a bar on the right to display the side screen. Use this bar to display the page panel. If you do not need this and you do not want to use the side screen, you can deactivate it in the Android settings as follows.
Start from your home screen and then navigate to the following submenu:
- App Menu --> Settings --> Display --> Edge Screen
Here you can now set the slider for "Side Panels" to "inactive". This disables the side screen on the Samsung Galaxy S8. However, the edge light can still be used.
