If you surf the web with your Samsung Galaxy S4 and the preinstalled Android browser, all web pages are automatically stored in a so called browser history. With this web browsing history you can relocate already visited pages faster. If you want to delete the saved browsing history in the browser, then you have to do the following:

Open the Android Internet browser app on your Samsung Galaxy S4 and then open the in-app-menu by pushing the left soft-key beside the home button. Select the menu item "Settings" and go after that to "Privacy and Security". Here you can already see the button "Clear History", which completely delete the browser history . Tap it and confirm the request to delete the browser history with "Ok".

1 . Reduce energy consumption on the Samsung Galaxy S4 by disabling unnecessary hardware components

- ChatON
- Google Search
- Samsung Push Service
- Talk

Disable these apps by tapping the Application Manager on the appropriate entry and then touch the button "Disable". The app and its functions are now disabled and are no longer active. You should only disable these apps if you really do not use them.

3. Turn the Samsung Galaxy S4 into GSM mode

Get your Samsung Galaxy S4 into the GSM mode by pressing Menu -> Settings -> Connections -> Advanced Settings -> Mobile Networks - Select and activate> Network mode and then "GSM only".
