The circle symbol with a + sign in the middle is a new feature of the Android operating system. It is the so-called "data saving". This function is included from Android nougat onwards in the form on the note 8 and should help you to save data volume in the mobile data network, which is very expensive here in Germany. The easiest way to do this is to use the iPhone X via GSM network code, which deactivates all activated call forwarding, including the mailbox.

If this is the case with your Cat S60, please don't panic. That's the solution:

Open the Sim card compartment on the back side
