It can be opened relatively easily on the HTC U11, provided you know how to do ;-). For this reason, we now explain how you can open this menu:

1. First opens the phone app

The weather app Accu Weather is a popular weather app that many of you may still know from a Samsung Galaxy smartphone. If you would like to use the Accu Weather App now on the home screen of the Huawei P10, then you have to do the following:

1. Install Accu Weather App

To download the application open the Google Play Store onto your smartphone:

After the Weather app is installed on your Huawei P10, you can easily add the weather widget on the home screen. This is available in a small and a large version.

2. Add Weather Widget on the Huawei P10 Start Screen

To do so, please go back to the home screen and then press and hold your finger for a long time. A menu opens in which "Widgets" can now be selected. In the list of widgets, look for the app "Accu Weather".

Tap and hold the widget (small or large variant) until you can place it on the Huawei P10 home screen. Do not release the widget until the widget is in the desired location. Finished!

You have now successfully added the Accu Weather Widget on the home screen in two steps.

You can extend the home screen of the Huawei P10 with widgets. This means that you can use a widget, for example, information on weather, calendar, contacts, news, etc. can be displayed directly on the home screen.

To add such a widget, please do the following on the Huawei P10:

Return to the home screen and then long press with your finger anywhere. A menu opens in which "Widgets" can now be selected.

Scroll through the list of widgets until you find the one you would like to add. Tap and hold the widget until you can place it on the home screen. Do not release the widget until the widget is in the desired location.

Finished! Proceed in order to place the widget on the home screen of the Huawei P10.

If you have downloaded and then installed an app from the Google Play Store on the Huawei P10, you will automatically receive the latest updates for this app.

If you do not want to receive automatic updates on the Huawei P10, you can set this option in the App Market settings as follows:

Go to the Huawei P10 App Menu --> Google Play Store

Tap in the top left corner the three-bar icon and select "Settings" from the sidebar menu. Here you will find the entry "Automatic App Updates" at the top.

Tap this entry, then select "No automatic app updates." Finished!

You will no longer receive automatic updates for your apps from the Google Play Store.

If you connect the OnePlus 5 via USB cable to the PC or laptop, for example to transfer pictures and video, then it may be that it already fails at the connection.

Because not always a PC with Windows or a MAC with MAC OS recognizes the OnePlus 5 immediately. What we have to do, we would like to explain to you in the following article:

First of all, the developer options on the OnePlus 5 must be activated. These are not visible from the factory, as they contain options that could affect the performance of the device if they are set incorrectly.

Once you've unlocked it, then go to the actual tutorial to make the USB connection between your OnePlus 5 and a computer:

1. Open on the OnePlus 5 the settings and then the developer options
2. Now look for "USB debugging"
3. Activate the option by setting the slider to "active"
4. Disconnect the USB cable between OnePlus 5 and computer

1. Open the settings and scroll down to the menu item "About the phone"
2. Here you will find now an entry with "Buildnumber" - Tap this entry 7 times and a message appears that the developer options are now unlocked.
3. The developer options are added to the settings. Here you can now open them and make the settings that you need especially as a developer.

It may happen that you set an alarm clock on the Samsung Galaxy S8, but it does not ring at the desired time. This means that the alarm function of the smartphone has failed.

Alarm settings – Check volume

So that you can still integrate your W-Lan network printer in the W-Lan network of your Fritzbox, we want to show you here two important procedures that actually always work:

"The displayed WLAN devices are allowed to communicate with each other". Click "Apply" to apply the settings. Then start the search for the network printer via the printer driver on your PC, laptop or smartphone. If that did not help, use our second tip.

Search W-Lan printer in the Fritz! Box Wi-Fi network using a IP address

Step 1: Find out IP address

First, the IP address of the router must be found. Open the Admin user interface of the FRITZ! Box and select W-Lan there. Select "Radio Network" from the menu. You should now see all the devices that are currently integrated in the W-Lan, including your W-Lan printer. Make a note of the IP address of the printer here.

Step 2: Searching W-Lan Printers via IP Address

Here, the printer driver or the installation file of the printer driver must be called up. Usually you can find here by using a manual search, by entering the IP address, the W-Lan printer. If a mask like this opens, please enter the previously found IP address.

Afterwards, the printer should be able to be found without any problems. You have now successfully connected your PC with the W-Lan printer within the W-Lan network of the AVM Fritz! Box. Printing over Wi-Fi should no longer be a problem.

Sometimes it is necessary to reset the OnePlus 5 to factory settings. All data will be deleted and the Android system will be reloaded. This is necessary if the smartphone has serious software problems or is to be sold.

There is the possibility to reset the device via the Android system, but we want to go straight to the alternative method, which works even if you do not can access more on the Android system.

Perform factory reset on the OnePlus 5

ATTENTION: All data will be deleted!

1. Turn off your OnePlus 5 completely

2. Turn it back on, keeping the following buttons pressed:

• Volume Down
• Power Button

This will now boot the OnePlus 5 into recovery mode.

3. First select the language and then select "Wipe data and cache". Navigation by using the volume keys (up or down) and power button (confirm)

4. The factory reset is now performed on the OnePlus 5

5. The recovery menu reappears - select "Reboot system now" this time.
