Fortnite crashes and does not react - Solved

If you have installed the action game Fortnite on your Android smartphone such as the Samsung Galaxy Note, the S9, the Huawei P20 Pro etc. and would like to play the game now, then the app may not react.

In addition, an error message "Fortnite does not respond" may appear on the screen. If this is often the case and you can't play the game, please proceed as follows to solve the problem:

Fortnite - Clear data and cache to prevent future crashes

1. Open the settings on your Android smartphone

2. Select Apps - you should now see all apps installed on your smartphone in a list

3. Select FORTNITE and then "Save"

4. You will now see two buttons: Delete data Delete cache

Selects both buttons one after the other The app data is now reset and the smartphone should be restarted once. Afterwards you can open FORTNITE again.

Now you have to enter your access data and should be able to use the game again as usual. Crashes should no longer occur.
