Honor 10 Deactivate the mobile phone provider's mailbox - How to

If you have purchased the Honor 10 from your mobile phone provider with a new contract, various options are automatically activated by default.

This includes, for example, automatic call forwarding to a mailbox if you do not answer the call or reject the call. Sometimes, however, you do not want to use a mailbox or answering machine at all and deactivate this call forwarding.

How this works easiest in the case of Honor 10 is what we would like to present to you below:

  1. First open the Phone-App on Honor 10, with which you otherwise make calls.
  2. Change here to the keypad, via which you can also dial phone numbers, for example.
  3. Enter the following network code, in order to deactivate all call diversions at your mobile phone provider, including the mailbox, with the Honor 10:
  • ##002#
  1. Send the network code by tapping the green handset once.

All call forwarding is now deactivated. This means that no call is forwarded to the answering machine if you do not answer or reject the call.

Honor 10 will ring until you answer the call or until the caller hangs up.
