Honor 10 Perform Soft Reset if it does not respond - Tip

If you have a problem with your Honor 10 or the error that it no longer responds to your entries on the screen or to the keystroke of the buttons, there are not many ways to make the device work again.

In any case, however, you should try the so-called soft reset. This makes it easy to restart your phone even if it stops responding. How's that supposed to work?

We have summarized this for you here:

Force restart on the Honor 10 - Soft Reset

To perform the Soft Reset on the Honor 10, press and hold the following key for about 15 seconds:

  • Power On/Off key

This will now restart the device from now on, as if you were removing the battery and disconnecting the power.

The smartphone is then restarted and Android booted as usual. You now know how to perform a soft reset on the Honor 10 and thus continue to use the device if it no longer functions correctly and reacts to the entries.
