If you are using the HTC U12+ as a business phone, it is important that you have the contacts displayed within the Contacts app sorted by last name.
However, this is not the case ex works and therefore we have written the following instructions for you, which show you where the option "Sort contacts by" is located.
1. Open from your Home screen the Contacts App
2. Select the three-point icon and there in the context menu "Settings"
3. In the settings of the Contacts App you can now see "Sort contacts by" - Select the entry
4. Now set the mark at "Last name" - Done!
Your contacts will now be sorted and displayed on the HTC U12+ by last name. So the HTC U12+ can also be used as a business phone.
