The Huawei P20 Pro contains a top camera, with which very nice photos and videos can be taken. However, only if this works correctly. However, should the camera now bring an error and not function as it should, then it is advantageous if one uses the following tip.
This very often fixes problems that occur in connection with the camera of the Huawei P20 Pro: Reset the camera app of the Huawei P20 Pro Start from the home screen and navigate to the following submenu of Android:
- Settings --> Apps and Notifications -->Apps
Search for "Camera" and open the entry or the info card by tapping on it. In the next window, select "Memory. Here you will find two buttons:
- Delete data
- Delete cache
Then restart the Huawei P20 Pro and open the camera app.
