You may see an icon similar to the letter "N" in the status bar of your Huawei P20 Pro. If you do not yet know what this symbol stands for in your notification bar, then we would like to explain to you here what it is. The N symbol stands for activated NFC.
NFC stands for Near Field Communication. This technique is used, for example, to make cashless payments at the cash desk.
If you do not use this function, but only activated it by mistake, you can simply deactivate NFC as follows:
Disable NFC on the Huawei P20 Pro
1. Drag the status bar with two fingers from above into screen
2. Look for the toggle "NFC" and touch the icon - this will turn off NFC
The N icon will now disappear from the status bar of the Huawei P20 Pro, which means that you have successfully turned off NFC.
