That's why you might want to turn off the sound on your iPhone X. If you want to deactivate the sound on your iPhone X or mute the device, you can do this simply by pressing the following hardware button:
On the right side of the housing you will find a switch at the top. With this you can mute the iPhone X so that no sound is output anymore. To set the iPhone to "Silent", set the switch so that the orange background is visible.
