The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has a built-in blue light filter to help you read the display, especially in the dark. A blue light filter, as the name suggests, filters out the blue light. Blue light makes the eyes harder in the darkness and leads to less tiredness.
Especially if you want to read a little bit more on your Samsung Galaxy Note 8 after turning off the light in bed, this blue light filter is ideal. However, you have to activate it in the Android settings first. The following article explains how this works:
To activate the blue light filter, please open the Android settings and select "Display". In the next submenu you will immediately see "Blue Filter". Select it to display additional options. Available for selection:
- Switch on now - activate blue filter
Activate as planned - Here you can activate the blue filter individually, so that it is only active at night (user-defined or after sunrise and sunset)
Once you have made your settings, the blue light filter on Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will now be active. You can also activate or deactivate it via the status bar. Drag the status bar with two fingers from above into the screen and you're done.
