Android
The IMEI can be found very quickly via the Android settings of your smartphone. Navigate to it:

Open the phone app on note 9 and then the number field in it. Then enter the following code:

This will now display the IMEI number in a pop-up
Packaging
On the packaging of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 you will also find a large sticker on which the IMEI is noted on closer inspection.
You now know three different ways to see the IMEI serial number of your Samsung Galaxy Note 9. You should now note this number in order to be able to prove that it is your device in the event of a loss.
