Samsung Galaxy S9 Create Folder - Solved

The Samsung Galaxy S9 runs with Android and the Samsung Experience interface (Launcher). Here you may want to create a "folder" on the home screen or in the App menu, but you do not yet know exactly how this works, for example because you are new to the UI or have previously owned a different device.

No problem, because our instructions show you step by step how to do this:

Create a folder on the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus

Samsung Galaxy S9

1. Search on the home screen for two applications that you would like to merge into a folder.

2. Now tap on one of the two apps and stay on it until it can be lifted and moved.

3. Drag the app to the second app that should be in the same folder (there must always be at least two apps in one folder)

4. As soon as both apps lie on top of each other, let go of the app - a folder will be created

A window will appear in which you can assign a new name to the folder. The folder will then be visible on the home screen or in the Samsung Galaxy S9 or S9 Plus app menu and will contain both apps.

You now know how to create an app on the Samsung Galaxy S9 in a simple and uncomplicated way.
