Every time you take the Samsung Galaxy S9 out of standby, you must unlock the lock screen to access various functions of the device. When unlocked, you will hear a sound indicating that the screen is unlocked.
This noise may be annoying in the long run, so you want to disable it. We show how this works in Android:
Deactivate screen lock tones on the Samsung Galaxy S9
1. Start from the home screen and navigate to the app menu and then to "Settings"
2. Select "Sounds and Vibration" from
3. In this submenu there is now the entry "Screen lock tones"
4. Deactivate the function - done!
If you lock or unlock the Samsung Galaxy S9, you will no longer hear a sound indicating this.
