Samsung Galaxy S9 Hide Sidebar for Edge Menu

The Samsung Galaxy S9 has two rounded edges to the side. The Edge Screen allows you to pull out a sidebar at the factory to open the side menu. If you do not need this menu very often and are bothered by the bar to pull out the menu, you can also deactivate it.

You can find out here in our article how exactly this works:

Hide the Edge sidebar on the Samsung Galaxy S9 Start from the Home screen:

Samsung Galaxy S9 Hardware

1. Open the App menu and then the settings

2. Navigate from here to: Display --> Page Screen --> Page Panels

3. You will now find a slider that you need to change from "On" to "Off" to disable the Edge bar on the Samsung Galaxy S9 or S9 Plus

Done!

Afterwards the sidebar is no longer visible and you cannot pull it out by mistake
