Within the Android operating system you can activate the so-called developer options, which are not visible for the normal user ex factory.
These are, as the name suggests, developer settings that are necessary to address the device or simulate circumstances.
Most of the options that are available in it can only be used by software developers, but the menu also offers various settings that are interesting for a normal user.
Among other things, this includes "USB Debugging". Below we describe how to unlock the developer options within Android on the Huawei Mate 20 Lite:
Activate Developer Mode - Huawei Mate 20 Lite
1. Open System Preferences
2. Navigate down to "System" and select the entry
3. Go to "Over the phone"
4. Here you see the entry "Build number"
5. Tap at least 7 times on the entry - This unlocks the developer options on the Huawei Mate 20 Lite
6. You can then open these via "Settings --> System" and activate the procedure to activate the developer options on a Huawei Mate 20 Lite smartphone.
