The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has an integrated light sensor with which you can automatically adjust the screen brightness if the function is activated.
The display is automatically made brighter in sunlight and darker or less strongly illuminated in darkness.
If you have not yet activated automatic brightness on the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, we will show you below how to do this.
Enable Auto Brightness for Display
1. First open the settings on the Huawei Mate 20 Pro.
2. Go to "Display" and you will see a checkbox with "Auto" next to "Brightness".
3. Check the box to enable Auto Brightness on the Huawei Mate 20 Pro.
Now the display brightness is controlled automatically by the light sensor. This is useful because you don't always have to adjust the brightness yourself.
