If it happens that the iPhone Xs no longer responds to your inputs via the screen or the buttons, or the display even shows only black, then it helps to restart the smartphone with the following workaround.
Soft Reset on the IPhone Xs
The Soft Reset corresponds to removing the battery, i.e. interrupting the power supply for a short time.
This allows the device to start normally without the error occurring again. Press and hold the following key for at least 10 seconds:
- Power On/ Off Key
Then the IPhone Xs is restarted from now on.
Now iOs should be booted as usual and the IPhone Xs should work as you are used to it.
