On the Samsung Galaxy S9, you can organize your contacts very well within the Contacts app and even assign them to individual contact groups, such as emergency contacts, family, friends, etc..
This is all possible with the pre-installed Contacts app on the Samsung Galaxy S9. So if you don't know how to create a new contact group on the Samsung Galaxy S9 yet, then we would like to show you exactly that in our following short guide:
Creating Contact Groups - Instructions
1. On the Samsung Galaxy S9, you must first open the Contacts app.
2. Select the plus symbol at the bottom right (Create new contact) - then select "Groups - My contacts".
3. You will now see an overview of all available groups, as shown in the screenshot below:
4. Select "Create group".
5. You must now assign a group name to the group - with the button "Create" the new group will be created.
This allows you to know the function in Android for creating a new group in the Contacts app. You can now add the individual contacts to this new contact group.
