Even with a speaker like the UE Boom it can happen that you come into the situation of having to perform a factory reset.
This is the case, for example, if the UE Boom loudspeaker does not start, does not react any more or the connection via Bluetooth cannot be established.

Proceed as follows:

Note: All Bluetooth pairings will be lost!
1. Press and hold the Volume down key and the Power key until you hear a sound.
2. The UE Boom loudspeaker then switches off automatically
3. Now start the Bluetooth loudspeaker as usual
4. Then it must be paired again via Bluetooth!
The UE Boom loudspeaker should now work as usual and no longer cause any problems when playing the music.
