Activate Samsung Galaxy A51 W-Lan calls - Manual

The Samsung Galaxy A51 supports calls made via W-Lan. This means that if there is no mobile network available in the house, for example in the basement or Sudterrain, then it is still possible to make calls in these rooms via Wifi Calling.

To do so, this option must be activated in the Android settings of the smartphone. Furthermore, the option must be activated by the mobile phone provider.

In the following we describe how to make active calls on the Samsung Galaxy A51 W-Lan.

Activate Wifi Calling - explained step by step

1. open the phone app on your smartphone

2. tap the three-point symbol in the top right-hand corner - a pop-up menu appears.

3. select "Settings" in it.

Scroll down and activate the slider at "WLAN Calls".

Note: This menu item is only displayed if your mobile phone provider supports W-Lan telephony.  If you do not see the entry, please contact your provider.

You now know how to activate Wifi calls or Wifi calling on the Samsung Galaxy A51.
