It is always a good idea to change your password, especially when you are shown, for example, via Google Chrome that your password and username are listed in the database for hacked data.
If your Activision username and password is affected here, simply change it.

How to change the password for your Activision account
1. Open the Activision website and log in to your account.
2. Go to your profile at the top right and then to "Basic Info".
3. Next to Password you will find the button "Edit" - Select it.
4. Enter the new password and save it.
5. Confirm the entry with your old password.
