On some smartphones with Android operating system it can happen that calls in absence are not recognizable at first sight. This means that there is no notification and the app icon indicator does not provide any corresponding information.
This is unfavorable, but can usually be fixed very quickly.
The reason is usually an incorrectly set parameter within the app settings. Here you can now use the Android function "Reset App Preferences", which can be found on the smartphone as follows
Reset App Preferences on Android Smartphone
1. Open the Android settings
2. Navigate further to "Apps".
3. Select the three-point icon in the upper right corner.
4. Navigate to in the context menu: Reset default.
5. Restart the smartphone.
From now on, this function will cause calls that you were unable to answer to be displayed on your smartphone again as a notification as usual.
We hope that this workaround has helped you to solve the problem with missed calls.
