Android smartphones have a so called recovery menu on board, which gives you the possibility to reset the device to factory defaults or to perform a wipe cache partition.
The recovery menu must be activated directly during the boot process on Oppo Find X2 Pro.
We would like to explain the appropriate key combination to be pressed for this in this manual:
Booting into the Recovery Menu - Instructions
1. switch off the Oppo Find X2 Pro completely in the first step
2. Now press and hold the Volume Down key and the Power key to turn on the unit.
3. Press and hold the buttons for about 15 seconds until the display shows a language selection screen.
4. select "English".
You will now see various functions such as the factory reset (factory settings) or the wipe cache partition. Select a suitable function.
