Porsche has developed an interesting app that allows you to park a Porsche directly in your living room or driveway using augmented reality. It looks so real that you have to look twice to see that it is an animated model.
To have your Porsche in your garage, you must first download the following app from the Google Play or iTunes Store:
- Download Porsche AR Visualizer for Android
- Download Porsche AR Visualizer for iOS
Once the app has been downloaded, all you have to do is select the vehicle of your choice. Possible Porsche 911, Taycan, Macan etc. Many different colors are available. The AR version of a vehicle requires about 80 MB of memory.
After you have unpaved the corresponding vehicle file, you can already start. Scan a flat surface with the camera of your smartphone and then place your Porsche there.
