If you have UMIDIGI UFit and Uwatch and are experiencing problems, such as not responding to input or having problems connecting to a smartphone, the workaround is to reset to factory defaults.

Perform factory reset on the UMIDIGI UFit
1. use the soft-key button at the bottom of the Smartwatch display until you see "Others".
Press and hold the soft key to open the menu.
3. use the Soft-Key button again to navigate through the menu until you see "Reset
4. press and hold the soft key to confirm the entry
Then the UMIDIGI UFit and Uwatch are reset to factory settings. Please note that all personal data on the watch, such as settings, saved tracks, etc. will be deleted.
Afterwards you can set up the clock again. The errors and problems that occurred before should no longer be displayed.
