Samsung Galaxy S20 app icons resize guide

The app icons that are displayed on the home screen are set very large by default, so some users may wonder if there is a way to make them smaller.

Unfortunately, Samsung has not included a direct option in its OneUI interface to adjust the size of the app icons on the home screen. But you can use a workaround to adjust the size of the app icons. We show you how to do this.

Customize App Icons by Grid Size

1. Press on a free area of the home screen

2. Select Home Screen Settings

3. Go to "Home screen grid

4. Select the finest mesh with "5x6

This will cause your Home screen app icons to automatically display smaller, which will result in a much nicer look. Another practical side effect is that there is now more space available.

Alternatively, you can also search for a suitable package from the Theme Store, which offers smaller icons.

You will then know the necessary steps to reduce the size of the app icons on your Samsung Galaxy S20.
